Terms of Hire
These terms apply to bookings with 360 Photobooth Freetown. The written quote for your event sets out the specific price, deposit and dates, and takes priority where it differs. Last updated 7 October 2026.
Quotes and bookings
Every booking starts with a written quote covering hire length, extras and travel. A date is confirmed once you accept the quote and any deposit stated in it has been received.
Changes and cancellations
The deposit amount, payment deadline and cancellation terms for your booking are set out in your written quote. If you need to change your date, contact us as early as possible and we will try to move the booking.
Venue, space and access
The host is responsible for a level, firm, covered area of about 3 m by 3 m and for arranging access with the venue. Setup times are agreed in advance. If the agreed space is not available on the day, we will work with you to find an alternative.
Safety
The attendant runs the booth for the whole hire and may pause it or limit group sizes for safety. Guests use the platform at their own discretion and must follow the attendant's instructions.
Videos and overlays
Overlay designs are approved by the host before the event. The host is responsible for having the right to use any logos or artwork supplied. Guests receive their clips by QR code on the night, and the host receives the full set of videos after the event.
