Hotel ballrooms and conference venues
Most corporate events in Freetown happen in hotel ballrooms and conference rooms in the West End and downtown. These venues have generators, but switchovers still cause short outages; the booth's own backup power keeps it recording through them.
We arrive and set up before guests, coordinate with the venue's events team on placement and access, and pack down after the event without disturbing the room.
Prices and paying
