360 Photobooth Freetown includes an attendant for the whole hire and instant QR-code sharing with every 360 booth booking in Freetown. The attendant runs the platform, guides each group, keeps the queue moving and keeps guests safe; the sharing station puts each video on guests' phones in seconds.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
What the attendant does
A 360 booth has a moving arm, a raised platform and a queue of excited guests, often in heels and long outfits. The attendant helps people on and off, tells each group when to pose and when to move, adjusts the speed, and stops the arm if anyone steps too close.
They also keep the energy up. A good attendant suggests moves, gets shy guests to join in and makes sure the host, the couple or the celebrant gets into plenty of clips.
How instant sharing works
When a clip finishes, it appears on the sharing screen with a QR code. Guests scan it with their phone camera, the video opens, and they save it or post it straight to WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok. No app is needed.
After the event, the host receives the full set of videos, so nothing depends on whether every guest remembered to scan.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
Send your date, venue and hours on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and the full total in writing before you pay anything.
